That has meant implementing significant changes right across our operations, following the guidance of national and local public health authorities.

In the last few weeks, we have seen a significant increase in parcel volumes as Canadians stay home and shop more online. With incoming parcel volumes at Christmas levels, the safety measures we’ve implemented in our processing facilities mean it is taking longer to process. Those measures include physical distancing in facilities that were not designed for keeping people 2 metres apart. While we are delivering in record numbers for this time of year, customers should anticipate delays."

 

Megan Rae Jewelry is committed to processing your order as soon as possible. Due to the fact that every piece is handmade to order please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If for any reason the order is delayed in processing and/or shipping the customer will be directly notified. It may take up to 48 hours for the carrier to update your tracking number. (USPS, DHL and Canada Post.) All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which is emailed to you upon your order being processed. We use Canada Post for Canadian orders, USPS for US orders, and DHL for international orders. 

The estimated delivery times for ‘USPS Priority Mail’ and ‘Canada Post Express’ Shipping is 2-3 business days once you have received the shipping confirmation with a tracking number. These times are supplied by service providers and we are not responsible for items arriving after that time frame. USPS orders are occasionally subject to delays at the border; please plan your urgent orders accordingly.

North America Shipping 

• Free tracked shipping over $150+ (before taxes).
• Standard shipping rates will apply to all orders under $150
• Please review your tracking number which is sent to you upon shipping
• There is no duty for US and CAD orders under $800
• If your order is urgent, please select the fastest shipping option 

International Shipping 

• International shipments are responsible for any additional fees (such as taxes/duties/brokerage fees) upon arrival of the package. This is up to the destination country and can not be controlled by Megan Rae Jewelry. 
• Megan Rae Jewelry does not cover the duty of a shipment. Nor do we provide invoices for lesser dollar amounts.
• Please review your tracking number supplied to you via email to locate the whereabouts of your order.
